Position Overview

As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will generate new business, manage customer relationships, and close sales for residential HVAC solutions. You will handle both inbound leads from our marketing efforts and outbound prospecting through referrals. This is a demanding, high-performance role for individuals who thrive on challenge and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home or on-site sales presentations for HVAC systems and services.
  • Follow a structured, high-performance sales process to maximize results.
  • Diagnose customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prospect and generate leads through follow-ups, and networking.
  • Manage and track leads using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain a heavy schedule of appointments, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
